Short version: we collect your email to tell you when Eminity is ready, and we keep a simple count of visits to see if people are interested. We use no ad cookies, we never sell your details, and we never follow you around other sites. You can opt out of visit counting any time.
Who we are. Eminity is a small team building the tool described on this site. If you ever want to reach us about your information, email hello@eminity.com.
What we collect. The email address you type into the waitlist form. We do not ask for your name, and we do not use ad cookies or follow you across other websites.
How we count visits. We keep a simple count of which pages get visited and where visitors came from (the site that linked you, plus any campaign tag in the link), so we can tell if people are interested. To count unique and returning visitors, we store a random first-party code in your browser. It holds no name and no email, it is never shared, it is never used to follow you across other websites, and it clears itself after about 13 months. The visit records themselves hold no name and no email, are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Our server briefly sees your network address in its standard logs (kept about 30 days), but we never store it with the visit stats. If your browser sends a “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” signal we do not count you at all, and you can opt out of visit counting here at any time.
Why we collect it. So we can send you a single email when Eminity launches. We will not email you about anything else, and we will never sell or hand your email to anyone else.
Where it is kept. Your email is stored securely with Google Cloud, on servers in the European Union. Only our waitlist tool can write to it.
How long we keep it. We hold onto it until we have sent you the launch email, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices. You can ask us to delete your email or to tell you what we hold about you at any time. Just email hello@eminity.com and we will sort it out.
